We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, automated profiling, or any purpose not directly related to the services you have requested.
04 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not participate in data brokerage, lead list sharing, or any arrangement where your information is exchanged for compensation with parties outside of our direct service delivery. If you ever receive a communication suggesting otherwise, please contact us immediately at auditme@peoaudits.com.
05 How We Share Information
We do not share your personal or business information except in the following limited circumstances:
- PEO matching introductions: If your audit findings support a change, and you consent to introductions, we will share relevant business information (company size, industry, location, coverage needs) with PEO providers we believe are a genuine fit. We will always inform you before any such introduction and will not share information without your explicit consent.
- Service providers: We may use trusted third-party tools for email delivery, website hosting, or document management. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your information for any purpose other than delivering services to us.

- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and the privacy commitments that apply.
In all cases, we share only the minimum information necessary for the stated purpose.
06 Audit Data Handling
Documents and business records shared with us in the course of an audit — including PEO invoices, contracts, benefits summaries, payroll records, and loss runs — are subject to the following commitments:
- They are used exclusively for the purpose of conducting your requested audit
- They are not shared with your current PEO at any point during or after the audit
- They are not shared with any PEO without your explicit consent as part of a matching introduction
- They are stored securely and access is limited to personnel directly involved in your audit
- They are retained only as long as necessary and are deleted upon your request
Your current PEO will never be notified, contacted, or made aware that you have engaged PEO Audits to review your arrangement.
07 Data Retention
We retain your contact information and audit findings for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Audit documents provided to us are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up questions or disputes.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at auditme@peoaudits.com. We will process deletion requests promptly, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
